ModelOrNot is a light-hearted game. These rules keep it that way.
Uploads
- 18+ only. No photos of anyone under 18: ever. We remove them and block the uploader.
- Only you. Upload photos of yourself, with you as the only person in the frame. Never upload someone else.
- Clothed and appropriate. No nudity, underwear-only or sexual content, no gestures or symbols of hate.
- No contact details, usernames, watermarks or text on the image.
- Up to 3 active photos per person.
Voting
- Vote honestly and quickly: it’s a first impression of a photo.
- Tags are positive (model types) or constructive (photo tips). There are no comments.
AI models
AI-made faces are kept apart from real people. The main game only shows real people who passed a person's review and a selfie check. AI Casting is a separate trial gallery of faces made with an image tool; each is labelled "AI model", votes on them are counted only there, and they never appear in the Hall of Fame or in a real uploader's comparisons.
Review and reports
Every photo is reviewed by a person before it appears. Anyone can report a photo; reported photos are hidden while we review them. If a photo of you was uploaded without your consent, use Remove a photo: it’s hidden immediately.
Wellbeing
Strangers’ votes on one photo say little about you. If the game stops being fun, pause or delete your photo anytime.
